Panasonic HD AJ-HDX400 DVCPRO HD

Has anyone used this the AJ-HDX400 camera in actual live (production) shooting situations yet? I'm wondering if once you've capture and completely edited it at 1080i/60 to disk can you process it through a software product like magic bullet to make it look like film at 24p? This is primarily for Music Videos and low budget Indie Film Productions.
I love Runway Fashion Shows ;-}
