HELP! Offline In FCP ASAP!

Ok, I've never worked in the realm of film and 24FpS before so this is all new to me. I want to do this right the first time.
I've got my machine set up with Final Cut Pro HD 4.5 on a G5 with a Decklink Extreme PCI-X card. DV deck is the Sony DSR-11. Capturing using Firewire.
The footage I am using is on DVCam tapes...Footage originaly shot on HDCam at 23.98 but dumped down using 3:2 pulldown 29.97.
I need to set up my capture and sequence presets so that when I send it off to do the on-line the EDL will reflect a 24p timeline and timecode. I really need help in setting this up right...
Sequence Presets:
Frame Size: 720x480 (NTSC DV 3:2)
Pixel Aspect: NTSC - CCIR 601/ DV

Marc,
I think you're going to have problems importing to a 24 frame project because the conversion from HDCAM to DV(CAM) will not carry the flags which identify the origional 24 frames!
