1. No, there is not. You just need to load and look at them. The icons give you some idea but not much. There is a historical reason for those numbers that no longer applies.
2. You live with it. It is part of the performance.

I'd go further than Lew in respect to the second part of your question.
Depending on the camera you're using there may not be a lot of light so I'd position at least one of your cameras (I assume you're using more than one camera for a band) so that the stage lights shine into the lens. This will give you some interesting rim lighting effects which will help compensate for a lack of light and/or give your work even more variety and visual appeal.
There's a whole shed load of advice and recommendations about recording live performances but I'll leave it to you to ask specific questions.
