Importing Premiere captured clips (with aja xena card and codec)

Hi, please help!!!!,in a new instalation,we are trying to use in the liquid chrome xe (7.20 build without last dx10 patch) the video clips captured in 2 workstations with aja xena and adobe premiere cs3.They are using tje Aja quicktime mov to make the files,but when they try to import in the chrome,the programs shut down to desktop withou any warning.
There is a specific preset in premiere to allow chrome import captured clips with aja xena lhe ?.with the aja avi preset,chrome only show a green video.
Specs: 1x xw8600 8 gb ram ati 1900 xtx 512 + raid fibber channel + aja xena lhe +chrome xe 7.20 + win xp 32 sp2
2x xw8600 8 gb ram quadro fx1700 512 + raid fibber channel + aja xena lhe + adobe cs3 + win xp 64bit (driver 3.5 aja x64)

Check your quicktime version. QT 7.6 seems to work for most, however I have had some users that had to downgrade to an earlier version such as 7.2. In any case I recommend you try to use AVI rather than quicktime.
