I can't access Hollywood fx

I have the Avid 7 upgrade from Pinnacle Liquid 6 with the big splash bundle. In the past my fx were just in the transitions folder, and now they don't seem to be anywhere. I can access HFX no problem as a stand alone thing, but not from within Liquid.
I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times, even changing the directory- I'm confused.

Help?

They should be in the library under RT Clip FX and RT Transition FX under Presets.

they aren't- all that's in there is the gpu and cpu transitions 2d, 3d and wipe. There are some neat ones, but none the transitions I had before with Hollywood fx

I was wondering if there was some file I could move and put in a certain folder some it'd go "Oh, there it is!".
