Commotion Effects

I read that dream glow and earthquake were part of the 60+ new effects but I can't
seem to find them anywhere. I have commotion Clip FX folder in my Library but I don't
see those and other effects listed on web pages that say they are part of the new Avid Liquid.

I did and I found the Dream Glow but not the Earthquake.
I just needed an earthquake effect and thought it would be nice
if it was pre made instead of making it myself but... sigh
as usual things are never that easy.
