Boris FX Motion Tracking Help
by Tony Zubrowski on Jul 10, 2005 at 3:46:08 am

I'm using Pinnacle Liquid Edition 6 and just purchased Boris FX 8 as a plug-in. I figured out how to use the filters and effects pretty well with the exception of the motion tracker, stabilization and corner pinning. Unfortunately these functions are the reasons I bought it. Do any of you know of a tutorial that's available for these applications?

Tony, are the filters similar to the Magic Bullet Movie Looks?

Nick,
I don't think so. I'm no expert on Magic Bullet, but I think their filters are designed primarily to color the video to make it look more like film. Boris is similar to the filters and effects in HFX. There are a wide variety of different types of filters and effects. If you go to the Boris website they have a webpage dedicated to Boris FX. It will give you a good idea of what to expect.

Tony
