Dwaine Maggart saved my behind today

Sadly, this is not so in all countries.
Blackmagic support in India, for instance consists of a distributor, who has a representative who replies any support question you ask at Blackmagic's web site.

Recently I had a question about the HDLink Pro, which I posted here on the forum too. I also posted the same question at Blackmagic's web site. Blackmagic's support person in India, who probably received the query, send me a response by mail stating something very obvious and not completely helpful.

Anyway, I'm solving my issue by myself. Will report findings here so others don't have to undergo the futility of Blackmagic support in India.
