upgraded to desktop 9.2.1 and lost the capture stream

Pulling stuff at 1080i from box. All settings the same with the intensity extreme but the capture stream disappeared. Went back to the software that came with it and it works again - so I can do that. Just curious as to why the newer software doesn't capture.

I had the same issue with my Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0. I also have the ATEM TVS, so I uninstalled that software, installed the new Desktop software, and capture returned.

For some reason, there is a conflict between the two BMD products.
