Livekey not working - what fileformat?

Hi,

I cannot get the LiveKey application working. Whatever fileformat i choose for the logo (bmp, tga, png,....) is says no alpha channel is present in the picture. I checked with several programs (GIMP2), but they are 32 Bits files. Can anybody give me a file that should work (under windows XP), to be sure that there is no interaction with settings in DirectShow or other applications. Do i need to run other apps/drivers like Quicktime for it to work?
