Ultrastudio Pro and Laptop compatibility matrix?

Hi Troy,

The problem we find with a lot of laptops is that they simply don't have sufficient bandwidth to support our USB 3.0 devices. I'm afraid I couldn't suggest whether the HP Elitebook you mention will work as it is not one I'm aware of.

Currently we only certify the MSI GE620 for use with the UltraStudio Pro and Intensity Shuttle. You can find more information on compatibility on the following pages.

I am using a Lenovo T420s with the Intensity Shuttle, and have done multiple hour long+ (longest was 3h 47m) live streams using FMLE.

I took the HD-SDI out of my video mixer into an HD-SDI -> HDMI converter and plugged that into my Intensity Shuttle. The UltraStudio *should* work just as well without the need for the converter
