Media Express - weird audio

Media Express - weird audio

I'm curious if anyone else has seen this. Whenever we capture via Media Express, when we play it back it shows the audio, but any other quicktime app, including quicktime player show it as having the audio tracks but nothing in them, no sound. So if I open in FCP or STP, the audio waveform is flat. If we open up the files back into MEdia Express, the audio plays fine. Very weird.

Hardware: Decklink (newer hd version), MacPro quad 2.8ghz.
Software: Media Express (latest build)

Hi Scott,

What is the exact version of drivers you have installed? You can find out by going into System Preferences > DeckLink (or Blackmagic) and it should tell you at the top of the window.

Thanks for the reply. It is 7.3.1. I sent some example clips to tech support, but have never heard back. VERY frustrating!!

I can send you a link to the clips, but it is getting very frustrating I am hearing nothing back from tech support.
