Media Express Crashes

Media Express Crashes

I'm installing a DeckLink HD Extreme on Windows XP 32bit. The install seems to have gone fine and all of the drivers appear fine in the device manager, but every time I try to load Media Express it just crashes and I get the following error:

Faulting application blackmagic media express.exe, version 3.2.0.0, faulting module blackmagic media express.exe, version 3.2.0.0, fault address 0x0004b1b4.

I'm running this on a Dell Inspiron with an Intel Quad Q9400 @ 2.66GHz and 8GB of RAM. If you want to look up my exact system components here is my service tag: DJB95J1
