Render/Capture issue

Render/Capture issue

I am using Premiere CS4 installed on a new Mac Pro with Blackmagic Design Multibridge Pro, newly installed. We had a Dell previously.

I am simply capturing a church service live and then making simple edits and compressing the file to Flash.

Since switching to the Mac Pro and Blackmagic Multibridge, we now have to render the captured file before I can edit or compress. This makes no sense to me, any ideas of what am i doing wrong?

I have tweaked input settings here and there with no success. Is there a deck link setting i am missing?

I install intex firewire capture card on my pc (dell Gx 280) .But sony vegas 6 can not run.When I remove the card the software runing properly.How can I fix this problem?

Unfortunately we do not yet support Premiere CS4 on the Mac. So the results you may get from installing the plugins may vary.
