Decklink problems running as Non-Administrator User

Has anyone experienced problems using a BlackMagic Decklink card when running as a Non-Administrator user. It works fine if the user I log in as has Administrator rights to the PC but fails to work correctly if I have Limited Rights. Does anyone know how to make the card behave in this situation - Thanks Michael
