using Black Magic to capture real time video to MAC
by arturo celleri on Jun 12, 2008 at 2:05:02 am

Is it possible to use my Canon HG10 with an HDMI out to capture video directly to my iMAC software like iMovie or Final Cut Pro?
I've done this with firewire before, but this camera does not have it.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Arturo

In addition, you have to use Final Cut Pro or the Media Express application we provide for free with the drivers. iMovie or Final Cut Express will not allow the use of the PCI/PCIe video capture device.
