Strange output error with Multibridge Pro + Upgrade driver question

We had a problem with our Multibridge Extreme (the fan stopped working, and it would shut down randomly as a result) and the good people at Blackmagic replaced our unit with a Multibridge Pro. But now it seems that the new unit is malfunctioning as well. When I output video via the Multibridge, the image I get isn't balanced. The whites are very white and the blacks very black. I've tried reinstalling the software, replugging the cables, restarting the Multibridge... I've also tried adjusting the levels in the Decklink System Configuration, but it won't help. It only occurs with video output (composite and component), video input is just fine. Could this have anything to do with the driver and/or software?
On another note: is it possible/advisable to install the latest Blackmagic Multibridge drivers even though we're running Final Cut Pro 5.1.4? We have installed 6.4 because in the readme of the new versions it only claims support for Final Cut Studio 2 (Final Cut Pro 6).

The problem is solved! I noticed I could install the 6.5.1 driver without losing support for Final Cut Pro 5, and as for now, the Multibridge runs without any problem. Hooray!

No, that didn't solve the problem. Now I noticed that the same thing occurs when trying to capture via the Blackmagic card. It seems it moved the problem from video output to video input, and that's not good at all. Anyone, please help me!
