Decklink PCIe on PC output issues

Hi all, the happy owner of 3 Decklink SP PCI-X cards, I recently installed a Nuendo system for a client with a Decklink SP PCIe card. But what I see on the monitor is way off in terms of quality than what I'm used to with the older cards. The picture seems much more pixelated on the PCIe machine when I play a file that I have previously used on a PCI-X machine. I'm still using Photo-JPEG compression as it is the format that gave the best results on the PCI-X cards. Has the PCIe version got a different attitude towards PhotoJPEG??
For the moment my client is very unhappy. In need of a speedy answer...

Hi Steven
Please can you send a short example clip to the following email address.
1 or 2 frames in a motion file then zipped will be suitable.
pcsupport@blackmagic-design.com.
The formats I have been using with Nuendo are Uncompressed 8 and 10bit and MJPEG exported from Premiere Pro 2.0. Where did you media originate and what compression rate ?

Hi Andrew, one of the files was created on the AVID using PhotoJPEG compression at our request. The other was a PhotoJPEG captured on one of the other Decklink SP PCI-X rigs. With both files playback was blocky on the PCIe video output (both component and composite analog outputs were tested) compared with the onscreen (desktop through Matrox P650 PCIe) display and our other rigs (Decklink SP PCI-X).
I'm out of the office recording foley all week, but I'll try to get you some test stuff ASAP.
Cheers guys,
Steven
