Multiple Channels of Audio

I'm in the live production environment. I need a way to play out videos with 4 tracks/channels of audio with the ability to manipulate all 4 channels at the audio console. Currently, I'm using a small program called List Player Express and looking at getting Virtual VTR to play back the files. Unfortunately, both programs don't recognize a QT file with the multiple channels of audio.
