god repair shop?

Anyone know of a good repair shop to send my hmc150. Everything I find on line has many negative comments. I tried to go to Panasonic in Seacaucus. They said I could bring it in then refused to come down and talk to me. I sat for an hour with the guard then left. Thanks for any sugestions.
