Anyone know how the HMC150 handles in low light situations?
I haven't been able to find any specs on the light sensitivity.

I'm using it at +12 DB and it's somewhat noisy but a pleasing, filmlike grain noisy, especially in the PH mode. More soon.

It's a camera I'm considering and I haven't seen a "F?? @ 2000 lux" listed anywhere. Panasonic not listing the light sensitivity made me suspicious it might be poor in low light conditions.

If I could ask another question.
How fast are the upload times for the highest quality setting?

Very fast to copy from SDHC to the computer- if you're using a USB2.0 reader. I can blow out a 16GB SDHC in a couple of minutes. The transcode from MTS to ProRes .MOV in FCP is about 2-3X realtime on my 2.6 GHz Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro. Definitely one of the fastest solid-state ingests I've seen yet, but then again these are quite low bitrates even at the highest quality setting.

Do you think there is a huge difference with the new Mac Book Pro compared to the recent one.

I can get a new older model for like $800 less. Am I better off going with the most recent new one?

Do you think there is a big difference between the 2.53 model and the 2.8? Is it worth the upgrade?

I will mainly be editing AVCHD footage from the HMC150 on it.
