DVX100 24pn squeeze mode - what settings for FCP easy setup

I have footage shot on the Panasonic DVX100B at 24fps (normal, not advanced) in the squeeze mode (pseudo 16x9). What are the proper FCP capture and sequence settings for this footage?

29.97 DV NTSC 16:9/Anamorphic.
