HDX-900 services resources

Hello.
Our HDX-900 has an intermittent problem - sometimes the record light will flash, the camera will beep, the RF indicator will flash on and off and sometimes the slack indicator will come on - whether or not a tape is in the camera. We sent it in to Panasonic for repair, but when it was returned, the problem was unchanged. This camera is barely a year old and has had only moderate use.
We are, of course, pursuing Panasonic to fix the problem, but it sounds as though they may be too busy to deal with intermittent problems that require troubleshooting. Can anyone recommend alternative service resources that are familiar with Panasonic broadcast products?
