DVCPRO HD 720p60 Windows QT Codec

Anyone know if there is a codec out there that will play DVCPRO HD 720p60 encoded Quicktimes on a Windows box? I know it wasn't supported a year ago, but thought maybe something has come out that I missed. Thanks!

I have yet to find a free one...
