Transition from Video to Image

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can help me out.

What I'm trying to do is have a video play on my website (.mp4 file) and then after the video is finished playing it transitions into an image that stays on the screen forever or until page is refreshed. I assume it must be some kind of playlist-but I'm not sure exactly how to configure that.

Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
