I only have experience with Livestream.com. Can you guys suggest any other cheap/good:) service provider?

They have never let me down. Did a 2.5 hour live stream yesterday without a single glitch.

It really depends on what your needs are. Different services have different features.
I like Livestream because its Studio features are great for bringing in multiple remote sources and the crawls and lower thirds can have hyperlinks.

i am using the video accelerator by speedbit is a free and easy to use software that reduces the "buffering" from streaming content and lets you watch movies smoothly directly from your browser.
