mp4 crypt streaming
by Marco Favagrossa on Oct 30, 2009 at 10:29:35 am

Hi, I’m italian student and I need some informations.
I have a Darwin Server Streaming that publishes mp4 videos. I obtain these videos by muxing h264 rawvideo and aac rawaudio in mp4 wrapper thanks to MP4Box application. With MP4Box I also hint and encrypt (ISMACryp standard) my videos. Now I have a beautiful repository of encrypted mp4 videos on Darwin Streaming Server but I don’t have a player able to decrypt and simultaneously play my streams (I use RTSP protocol for streaming).
Besides I’d need to have a player which works in a html page. I don’t found information about this. Can you help me?
Thanks a lot

Yes but I' haven't found nothing. This explain only how you can encrypt and decrypt with MP4Box, which is a simple command line application. I need to play and decrypt video inside a web page. Thx a lot.

[Marco Favagrossa] "I need to play and decrypt video inside a web page"

You can't as far as I know.
