Apple ProRes and H264 stream

Hello,

Just wondering if someone already setup a capture/solution:

I need to stream (h264) a video thru a Flash server, till now nothing special.

But I would also like to keep an editing format such Apple ProRes for archive purposes.

Do you any kind of capture card that could make the trick or do I need 2 different stations to achieve this?
