It just takes way to long to load and I'm afraid that when I am looking for a job and I send out my resume and link to my website, people won't wait to watch my reel. They'll just not call me. I need a job. haha. I'll take any advice you have. Thank you in advance!

I encoded them through Quicktime. I exported them as a quicktime from Final Cut Pro, then took it through quicktime and exported for web. They load fairly fast on my computer too, but I was at my father in laws on fathers day and I went to show him something and a 3:15 clip took about 25 minutes to load. It was kind of embarrassing because it looked like i didn't know what I was doing. I was just wandering if there is a faster way but keeping the best quality.

What's your father in law's internet connection speed?
If they're only taking a few seconds on my system and apparently for you too, you may be OK.
Data rate and duration have a big impact on load speed. Your clips are short. I haven't checked the encoded data rate yet. That's a setting you have control over in Quicktime Pro as well as Compressor.
Unless you're in a rural area or are targeting people in economic disadvantaged areas, you'd have to assume that any professional looking to hire you is going to have a reasonably fast internet connection. Generally if it loads fast on a 1500kbps (1.5 mbps) internet connection you should be OK but that's only my opinion. Generally a data rate of 800-1200kbps should be fine in that case.

I'm not sure what his internet connection is. I live in Los Angeles so it shouldn't be a huge problem. I would figure people in this town have some quick internet speeds. I really appreciate your help. I guess I should be good to go. I will keep it as it is. Again, thanks for all your help.
