A client I am working with would like a camera placed on a construction site to:
1. 24 hour live feed to their website
2. Time-Lapse record the entire project
It is on a remote location, with the closest building about 700 feet away.
I can send the video back to the building with a wireless video link, but I have no idea how to convert the NTSC video from the camera to get it on their website.

Days later and no response?
Maybe your subject line didn't provide enough info. Your post doesn't provide enough info either.
Mac? Windows?
Needed for "web" in what format, Flash, Quicktime, Windows Media, etc?
No one can explain what tires you need for your car over the phone unless you tell them the make and model of the car and the kind of road you're driving on.

On Windows you can use the FREE
Flash Media Encoder Live 3.0 (can do either VP6 or H.264)
and
Windows Media Encoder
If you need a front end production switcher in software which can also encode to multiple sources you can use
Telestream Wirecast - $449 (test with free trial version)
It can switch between multiple cameras, do live chroma key, PIP of up to 3 sources.
encodes to
WMV
H.264 Flash
H.264 or MPEG-4 Quicktime
3GP for cell phones
If you're on Mac, Wirecast can do all the above except WMV.

Hello Larry you can use BlinkoTV to stream LIVE on your website without installing any additional software. It's easy to setup and you can start streaming in just a few minutes.
