live streaming CDN reviews ??

Hi.

I'm trying to find info about different CDNs for different live streaming options and I'm having toruble with it.

I was not able to find info about QoS or experience or anything outside the info on each official CDN webpage.

I know Akami is reliable (or think so at least) but what about the others? cause set up and prices go everywhere from a couple of dollars to several thousands and for the same service different CDN can charge you 10 times more or less (Simple CDN vs. AKAMAI as stated on simpleCDN's website)

So my invitation is to evereyone or anyone who has some experience or believable info to post and try to shed some light on this mystery.
