Cost effective – On Demand video hosting

Hello All
This is probably a question that has been ask several times…Ill do my bit for the art of repetition and ask again.
I’m looking for recommendations for a third party vendor, hosting video on-demand; flash video; a service provider that’s like vimeo but more for a corporate environment. No logos, allow for embedding content in other websites, file management. Audience will be pretty small so I don’t think we are after a roughbust CND service. Is it possible to start of with a good web-host like Media Temple?
I guess I’m asking for a list of on-demand hosting services used by you. I know there are the many but any further suggestions will be a great help.

Hello
Many thanks for the information. Had a quick chat with the vidego staff and will have a follow up soon. It seems like a very good service but one that might be a bit too pricey for our little lot. Currently considering the cost risk type thing but it looks like we are willing to give Fatcow a try and see how we get on.
