Where can I find a beautiful, high-quality flash video player?

Hi - I've just been sent on a quest by my boss, and Google has proved completely inadequate. So hopefully someone here can direct me.
I need a flash video player skin for our website. The player needs to look absolutely incredible - curved corners, crystal/reflective buttons, dropshadows, the whole nine yards. Money is no object, but it needs to be beautiful, and we need it now (we can't wait for a custom one to be designed).
Can any of you direct me to a place to purchase such a thing? It could be a template included with a video application, or a design firm that sells ready made players, or just a site to download it, whatever.
I know it's a lot to ask -- I'm pushing the limit of the quality-money-time rule, but I'm not breaking it. This needs to be very high quality and superquick, but does not need to be cheap. If you can link me to something that costs thousands of dollars but looks beautiful and works, and is ready right now, that's what I'm looking for.

Draw your design...in a paint program or with a pencil and give it to someone who knows Adobe Flash. Maybe contact a local Vo-tech and have a student create your player.
