linking to specific spots in a RealMedia file?

Is there any way to link to a specific spot in a RealMedia file? Something like rtsp://server.whatever.com/somefile.rm#0437, where 0437 would be 437 seconds into the file?

Dont think so, but a solution might be to break up your clip into pieces, embed a URL flip at the end of each clip which would launch the next clip. Then offer the user a menu web page of where to begin.

Yeah I want it to be seamless if you do play it from the beginning, kind of like a DVD with chapter markers. I tried splitting it and putting them all in one meta-file, hoping the player would pre-buffer and make it seamless, but fat chance..

URL flip is meta data embeded in a frame of video that launches/redirets Real Player or IE to the next clip/another page. This is done in your NLE or Helix/Producer during compression. Just tried it..works!
