Question about cleaner XL and MBR

Ben had helped me with this before but I have another question regarding MBR files. I got few up with squeeze it just doesn't look good. I'm trying to use cleaner now but it doesn't look like it has a MBR out for any of the times. Does anyone know if their is a MBR output?

It does. I don't particularly like its implementation, though - it makes you add video and audio in pairs. I like ProCoder's support of this better.
