I found out today that I have been billed $17.99 per month and I signed up for a free trial in Jan 2009 and called to cancel my acct before the trial was up,so I called this a:m after being on hold 30 min.3 times, and the lady said she saw I hadn\'t used it after the 1st day i signed up in jan. and yesterday they charged my debit 17.99 again,I told her I had cancelled and demanded a refund to which she said,We don\'t do that because there\'s no note or conf.# and I replied,That\'s not my job,I don\'t work there...and she began getting ruder so i hung up but this is ridiculous and no one should have to PAY for what they didn\'t buy? My husband passed away and i barely make it now on a very fixed income! Cathy,Tn

You should have realized this a long time ago when the $17.99 appeared on your bill. If you can prove the time and date you called and cancelled, then you deserve a refund.
I use Dymo Stamps with my Dymo label and postage printer. It's free. So is the USPS.
