thoughts of CMOS cam for weddings
by dewan edwards on Jun 1, 2009 at 3:45:59 am

Hi I am looking to upgrade cam and was looking at some cmos chip cameras. I heard there are some issues with the rolling shutter with flashes/strobe lights and wanted to get some input from those who have info on this. thanks

Rolling shutter may not be noticeable when they are just standing for the vows. But the reception is full of motion, dancing, etc. How bad does the rolling shutter look there? Also, CMOS sensors can show ugly looking frames during camera strobe flashes. Think that may be an issue with a wedding, I could be wrong....
