Your musical style is very simple and electronic. It's not necessarily my taste, but the composition and instrumentation seems to be solid. It definitely lends itself towards a very specific genre. And It would work great for sci-fi pieces as well as movies that fall in the "Napoleon Dynamite" category...as well as maybe "Juno"?

Great listening to your stuff. Thanks.

Much too repetitious to me and I had to turn off both of them long before they got to the end.

It is a matter of personal preference and this type of music -- which I am sure that there are people that would listen to it -- is not something that I would listen to.

Sorry to be so direct, but you asked.

I think you songs are repetitious and basic. I like your use of sound in the second song, but it would be great if you could vary the beat and allow for pauses in the music. Your first song is too harshly mixed. It would sound better if the prominent sounds hi mids were cut. I like your chord progressions in the second song and I do think you could use these in Juno/Napoleon Dynamite movies, but you want to keep in mind what the songs are doing. If they are for movies, you may want to be more subtle in your mixing of harsh sounds. If they are for listening, what is the point; is it something that is going to catch your listener and keep them entertained and what types of devices help with luring your listener to stay for the long haul.

Minimalism is good, but it must fell good as well. Try copying songs you lke and figure out what they are doing with the mixing and sounds used.
