reprise - why Creative Cow is great

Hi -
I may be repeating myself, but I cannot begin to express my greatfulness for the existance of Creative Cow, and the community that is has created. I have recently been working on a clients equipment, and the manufacturer was "unwilling" to assist me, because of my lack of knowlege of UNIX. I posted (on the XSAN forum, because there is no Cow UNIX forum) and within a day, I was able to get help from people like Dave Klee and Jordan Woods - who are not making a penny from this job - unlike the manufacturer of the equipment, who was simply unwilling to explain something simple to me.

I can only hope that Cow is able to continue to expand and grow, and cover "every subject that there is", because there is no resource like Creative Cow.
