Terry -- it's really best to avoid the "license transfer" procedure mentioned in the documentation. Instead just install on the new machine and activate it as if it's the first time.

It stopped working on the Mac version after a server update. We've got a fix for it that will be in the next maintenance release, but not sure exactly when that will be coming out.

Have you tried viewing the sequence in another application? That will tell us if the problem is with the output file itself, or with a Vegas setting or something else.

Either look in the wondertouch folder of your Documents folder for the update backups folder and copy the old exe from there to your particleIllusion Program Files folder, or use the 3.0.4 "update" installer that's on our website to restore 3.0.4.1.
