I followed your advice, and it was 10x better....however, still very blurry. The original .png was clear, but once it gets into Vegas, it gets very blurry.

When you click the effects button a window opens up that will allow you to assign many different effectc. The compressor effect is fully adjustable and works well.

The settings are matched to the file properties and have small black borders on either side when editing but when I upload to youtube it ruins the video.
It should be 1280x720.
