That package (as well as the TNT one) was created by TROIKA. You're not likely to get them to divulge too many secrets, but you can always try.
They mostly use Cinema for 3D, but that effect could have come from another system. | | | | |

Troika did the branding for TNT. The particles are amazing and it appears the did it in Houdini. I hope that helps.
