My immediate reaction is that rolling shutter may be an issue for handheld work aboard ships, and particularly with smaller craft like lifeboats.

Ok, so I have firewire from my macpro into the dvx100b and S-video connected to the plasma. What do the settings need to be, FCP and camera, to have FCP playback the timeline through the firewire/camera onto the plasma?

Timecodes were synched on cams at shoot. I captured both clips using the exact same settings. Then I made them a multiclip using timecode to sync. I did not load them into the timeline until this had been done. Yes, frame rates identical.

When interview was shot camera broke for commercials sometimes and ran through others... so synching up numerous breaks and editing out commercials... then doing some motion work to simulate close-ups, etc.

and are just mixing in the proper amount of reverb needed with the reflection of your choosing?
