This error message "VO32: Invalid video horizontal size / level combination" is usually caused by not having the proper Level ID set for the frame size you have chosen.

I am used to using Sorenson Squeeze. Videos come out compressed for the web very good with small file size.
It seems I have to use double the bit rate (and file size) at least with AME to get comparable results - h.264.
