If you are referring to shape layers, when you first draw the path hold down the option/alt key, You can then morph the path by selecting any point with the pen tools and the convert vertex tool.

Not that I'm aware of. You could sort of build your own by moving the anchor points for individual layers, then linking their scales together with a slider control and expressions.

the comp is a square pixel 1920x1080 29.97. the circle is a Shape layer with a white fill... which might explain the white ramp...oh... And the glow is based on the alpha channel... radius is 138 and intensity is 9.6. TY
