The thing is that it doesn't happen in other applications at all. Also, it's not the mouse that isn't smooth. The mouse moves freely, it's the windows that stop moving while being dragged by the mouse.

I notice that the problem seems to come and go when I alt-tab out of the application and then when I come back, it works fine again for about 5 seconds, until I play something, and then it stops working again.

No... they aren't locked. I've checked them and tried them with the slider in both positions. I have a Hoodman RAW card, and a couple of SanDisk Extreme Pro cards. It's REALLY odd that they worked fine for a short while after the firmware upgrade

Great timing. I've been looking around for ways to work with DNxHD in Final Cut Pro, but it looks like the codec in a Quicktime .mov wrapper should work. Can you confirm that this has been tested with Final Cut and runs well? Also, based on the DNxHD
