I am not sure flicker remover would be the ideal for exposure changes - unless they happen as fast as 'a flicker' I suspect the exposure changes are much too slow to be 'flickery' You can download a fully working trial of Sapphire that I think last

I think a flicker remove filter would be a good place to start. Sapphire is a bit out of the price range. If anyone has found one that worked well and is affordable, please let me know. I'll keep looking and will test some demos too. Thanks!!

Also, BCC doesn't come with Media Composer anymore. It's a separate purchase. If you have BCC5 from a previous version of Avid you can upgrade it. Also, Boris offers a free trial of their plugins so you can download that and test the Sharpen filte

My first thought, without resorting to awkward tricks would be to look into GenArts Sapphire and some of their available transition plugins. They are transitions for after effects that will morph between two target layers.
