It should also be pointed out that it is NOT your job to letterbox; that's the job of the DVD Player. You should always deliver widescreen and let the device figure out what's the best way to display it on the TV.

Do what you can, try 60fps and work knowing the images are in "slow motion", export out straight images instead of a video file and then feed it to something like F | | | | |
