I have the HM100 and it works GREAT with Premiere Pro CS3 and CS4. Just make sure you are saving the files as MP4. Then copy the ENTIRE BPAV folder to a hardisk before importing to Premiere. Then use the media browser window to import the files.

Each timeline (sequence) has a tab that you click on to bring it to the foreground. These tabs are lined up along the top of the sequence window (qabove the timeline). Each tab has the sequence name and a little X to close it.
