I believe that vegas 9 did not support OFX and from the screenshots it looks like PI is done via OFX - so in that case it will not work. I recall the VP10 was the first version to support OFX.

I'm pretty sure pI won't work in Vegas 9. It worked for the most part in 10, but there was one issue which I'll have to check on... can't remember if it was critical, but it was enough for us to say that we're only supporting Vegas 11 and up. Feel

HI Mark. The only solution is to disintegrate somebody, then reverse the resulting clip in your video editor. You can't reverse it in particleIllusion itself.

You are using an old version of particleIllusion (3.0.4 is the latest on Windows) so that may fix the problem. It's a bug in pIllusionRender... I can't remember if that's been fixed yet or if it's still on the list.

Okay, so pI3 can read your footage, but pIRender can't it seems. Sounds like a bug in pIRender, but can't be sure. The 4:3 issue is probably because the footage uses non-square pixels, and particleIllusion only uses square pixels at this time.

What video card do you have? Do you have the latest drivers for it? Since particleIllusion uses OpenGL for rendering, the video drivers are very important.
